Mr. Jamal Iftakhar was born in a business family and on coming to age he joined his ancestral business after doing his BBA under the able guidance of his father. He has done his Bachelor’s in Finance from City University London, United Kingdom in 1981. He is Managing Director of Dostsons Cotton Mills (Pvt.) Ltd. He has sixteen years of experience of running spinning business. He possesses strong analytical and administrative skills, which resulted in continuous expansion of Dostson’s manufacturing capacity from initial 1536 Rotors to 3312 Rotors as of now. He has initiative, drive and is always on the look for new technique to enhance production and improve quality. It is at his initiative that presently Dostsons has implemented ERP software for effective control of the business. Currently he is a Chief Executive Officer of Dost Steels Ltd (DSL). DSL is the first private sector steel Rebar mill in Pakistan for a capacity of 300,000 metric tons per annum. DSL has completed the entire erection of plant mechanical and electrical cold commissioning under the supervision of Mr. Jamal Iftakhar.

Mr. Zahid Iftakhar was born in a business family and on coming to age he joined his ancestral business after doing his graduation under the able guidance of his father. He is looking after management and Sales of the Dostsons Cotton Mills (Pvt.) Ltd. He possesses all the requisite abilities to run a business independently. He has foresightedness and is able to forecast the future needs of the mill. He has been in the spinning business for the last twenty years.

Mr. Mustafa Jamal Iftakhar belongs to a respectable business family of Karachi. He has done his a level from Karachi Grammar school and Bachelor in mechanical engineering from Kings College London. He is a keen sportsman and a certified Scuba Diver from PADI USA. Currently He is looking after the implementation of ERP software and web development of Dost Steels Ltd Lahore Officer and Mill SITE as well. Besides belonging with the business family, he has also yarn brokerage and clearing forwarding experience personally that actually polished his technical and analytical skills.
