The plant processes 130×130 mm and 150×150 mm steel billets in 6 m and 12 m sizes as raw material. The finished product is reinforced quenched deformed steel bars (rebar) ranging between 8 mm to 40 mm in diameter and 6 meters and 12 to 16 meters in length. These are stored in finished bundles of 2 tons. The running standard for cut length is 12 meters and different cut lengths can be entertained on large orders.
The rebar manufactured by DSL using patented thermex quenching and tempering techniques will be of the following worldwide standards:

Raw Material
All raw material (billets) will be lab tested for quality and only the approved stock will be sent further for processing into rebar.
Final Product
Our final products will also be tested for all conformities to the defined international standards to ensure only the highest levels of quality reaching the consumer.
